Hubbard Schools and the Hubbard Public Library are excited to announce bestselling children’s author and musician Eric Litwin will visit Hubbard for two events on March 20-21, 2025.
On Thursday, March 20, 2024, Litwin – best known as the original authors of the first four Pete the Cat books – will bring his unique blend of storytelling and music to a family literacy event. Thanks to Title I and Title IV funding, this event is free for all attendees. While the target audience is elementary families, all school and community members are welcome. Doors will open at the Hubbard Schools Auditorium at 5:30 p.m., and the event will begin at 6 p.m. Families will enjoy an interactive 45-minute presentation, and the first 150 guests through the doors will receive a signed copy of one of Litwin’s Pete the Cat books.
On Friday, March 21, 2025, Litwin will lead a professional development workshop for Hubbard Elementary School teachers, which is also funded entirely by federal funds.
